Specialty Templates
One of the most powerful aspects of ABELMed EHR is the capability that it gives ABELMed users to customize and/or create new clinical documentation templates. Templates for office encounter notes, progress notes, procedures, immunizations etc. are quick and easy to create with ABELMed EHR. Clinical findings used in building/creating one template can be saved as “Finding Templates” and reused as building blocks for other templates to eliminate duplication of effort and save you time.
To help you get started right away, ABELMed ships with a database of templates from all of the specialties listed below. You can select and include the templates that are useful for your practice. These templates are fully customizable to suit your practice and specialty. New templates are added regularly and by request.
